While the theater staff would love to seat guests immediately if they arrive late, this isn’t always possible. For the safety of all attendees, actors, and animal performers (who use the aisles in dark conditions), the theater doors close promptly at showtime. If guests arrive after the show starts, the House Manager will determine when and where they can be seated, which may not be until intermission. To ensure the best experience, guests are advised to arrive 45 minutes before the scheduled showtime.
Children of all ages are welcome at the show. However, since it runs for 2.5 hours, it is best suited for children ages 5 and up. Children under 3 may sit on a parent’s lap and do not require a ticket, while those aged 3 and older need their own ticket and seat. Booster seats can be requested before the show to help young children enjoy the best possible view.
Large bags and backpacks are not allowed inside the theater. The theatre only permits small bags (no larger than 9”x12”), diaper bags, and bags for required medical items.
For the safety of their guests and actors, Sight and Sound Theatre does not allow large items such as car seats, strollers, or baby carriers inside. If you have a young child who becomes restless during the performance, you’re welcome to accompany your child to the theater's family room as needed, where you can watch a live video feed of the show on a TV.
